Meet our host Granger Forson MD of BizSmart Gloucestershire. Granger's first job saw him being involved with solving a problem for Guinness as they moved from hand pouring to gas dispensing. This enabled them to standardise their product delivery anywhere in the world and create the Guinness beer tap.

For over 25+ years he has been working in small, medium, and large businesses helping them to develop their people through the use of continuous improvement systems, Lean, Six Sigma, and Quality Management. He trained with Japanese Master engineers in the late 90’s while working for Industry Forum and in recent years visited Japan to see exemplar Lean companies.

While working as Operations Director in an SME manufacturing company, he worked with BizSmart® developing a marketing strategy for profitable growth. He saw first-hand the power of the BizSmart® Entrepreneurial ScaleUp System approach to scaling small businesses and decided to buy the BizSmart® Gloucestershire franchise.
